Group Classes
The YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes. All of the classes are FREE for members and a small fee is charged for non-members. Below are a few of the classes that are offered:

Basic Step Aerobics:
An easy to follow step class with a lot of fun choreography. A great way to burn calories and tone your body. All fitness levels are welcome.
Cycling:
Set to music this workout takes you through a virtual ride. Instruction is given for seat and handlebar settings, heart rate monitoring and ride intensity. All fitness levels are welcome.
Boot Camp:
This all around workout develops strength, shape, flexibility and cardio fitness. Fun and energy makes this more of a "funout" than a workout.
Pilates:
Learn the principles of Pilates (alignment, breathing, control and stability). The fundamental exercises help especially strengthen the core abdominal muscles, improve flexibility, streamline the body and increase the range of motion.
Core Strength and conditioning:
This class is a combination of Yoga and Pilates using resistance that teaches us how to engage our core and keep the center of the body stabilized.
Gentle Yoga:
This class is the ultimate reward to your body, mind and soul. Enjoy wonderful strengthening, stretching and meditation for an overall, always wanting more, experience.
Cardio Sculpt:
A sure fire way to develop your strength and endurance. A fat burning muscle toning class
Kettlebell:
Cardiovascular and Weight lifting workout (using kettlebells) taken to a new level by simultaneously utilizing different parts of the body while raising heart rate.
Zumba:
Exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!
Tai Chi/Chi Kung:
