Silver Sneakers Splash
- Older adult group water fitness program that will utilize that will use the physical properties of the water to enhance agility, range of motion and cardiovascular conditions. No Swimming ability required
Silver Sneakers Land-Based Class
- Older adult group land fitness Class that will utilize stretch bands, balls, dumbbells, and chairs, to target muscular strength and mobility.
Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch
- The newest thing to come to silver sneakers. This is a class for older adults that is designed to improve each individuals sense of well being.
